Using Menus in Frames and Select Box

I have a differnt problem with menu such that
I have to two frames where i hold the menus in the top frame while i have some select box in the bottom frame.The problem for me is the the menu in the first frame doesn't hide the select box in the second frame.Pls give me some tip

If you do a search on this forum, you will find this asked way too much.
Solution is you need to hide the select when the menu is opened, or redesign the site. For more details use the search feature.
