Position: JSP Web Developer
Location: San Francisco
Department: Client Technology

Overview: Work with technical lead and business analyst to create web application technical designs from functional specifications. Identify problems in functional specifications and suggest alternate solutions. Coordinate execution of technical projects/tasks with middle tier developers. Execute unit testing and provide detailed documentation for all technical implementations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Technical Lead and Business Analyst, design, write and test code.
- Complete well defined web development tasks.
- Coordinate wiring of front end application features with java developers.
- Clearly document development process.
- Work with development team to create the technical architecture around client technology needs.

Skills/Requirements:
- 4-5 years Web Development
o HTML, JavaScript, JSP, JSTL skills
o Struts, Ajax and Web Services is a plus.
- 4-5 years UNIX experience
- Knowledge of UML system design.
- Strong design and documentation skills.
- Financial knowledge and interest strongly recommended.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills and time management abilities a must.
