Menus across frame borders

Hi all,
Please read the following and let me know if you have any solution.
Objective: To display the menus on cross-frames (JSP and js)
- There are two frames 'left' and 'right'
- A set of menus with sub menus should be displayed.
- Main menus will be on 'left' frame and their corresponding sub menus
should start at 'left' frame and extend to right frame
(" IRRESPECTIVE OF WHATEVER FRAME/PAGE TO BE DISPLAYED ON 'right' FRAME")
Problem:
- Whenever the page/frames on the 'right' frame is changed the sub menus
which are extended from 'left' frame are hidden
- If the sub menus are placed in 'right' frame itself(without extending from 'left' frame) ,
even then the menus are hidden when another
'frame' is loaded on 'right' frame.
Expected Solution:
- As far as I have searched, the solution might be " menus which can be displayed on cross-frames across frame border".
- So if any one have a javascript providing such a solution please mail me.
- Or if you have your own solution that will be great!.please let me know!
Thanks & Regards,
Johnson Jayaraj

You can do a search on the forum or on google for a menu that goes over frames.
