Use 'x' button to close frame

I get a requirement to draw up a frame. One of the frame needs to have a small 'x' button, like the right upper x button. Once the 'x' button gets clicked, the frame will be closed and leave only the other frame open in the window. How do I archieve this without having to do any javascript?

Regardless of the many ways you can achieve this, you are going to need Javascript.
