Submit button replacement using a HREF

hi
i have been working on an online quiz program for my college, its working fine but i like to change the old Submit button. so that instead of clicking on the Submit Button user clicks on a HREF (Link).
Another Qs. to to make a page submit itself after a predefined time limit.

You can easily submit a form using javascript in your anchor:

<a href="javascript:document.myForm.submit()">Click me!</a>

You can resubmit the page after an interval either by using a META header to cause a refresh, or (with more control) with a Javascript timeout (check out the setTimeout() method of the window object).
