onClick and openPage

In the past I've only ever used static HTML so I don't know where to start in fixing this problem.
I want to have a link in a cell where if the user either clicks the link or the cell they go to a particular page. The issue is slightly complicated by the fact that these navigation links live in an iframe and so the page needs to open in the _parent frame.
Anyways here is my HTML:

If the link is clicked then Home opens in the parent as it should.
I've inserted the * just so that I can post the question.
If the cell is clicked then the text "Error on page" appears in the status bar of the broswer.
Does anyone know what I've done wrong?
Many thanks

Doh! Silly me I hadn't implemented it! I really am new to this as you can see!
My function now looks like this:

How can I go about setting the target to be my "_parent" window?
Many thanks

David
PS: Can anyone recommend a good online resource I can use to teach myself all of this?
