window no url loaction

Hi,
If I open a new window using window.open, I can set location =no, so that the new window doesn't display url.
If I open a new window by submitting a form, how can I take the url location away for mthe new window?

U can better open a window on clicking the submit button.
Call a script funciton on submit click option, which will open the new window.
