simple problem,pl help.

i actually have a vlidate method to be called before submitting form which checks whether a field is left blank.
when actuallu and how should i make a call to this method,so that if a field is blank the form is not submitted.the method i know how to write ,but i want to know how do i call it.
pl. help me with this simple problem.

Dhriti,
<form name="test" action="post" onSubmit="return validate()">
Make sure you have the return before the method call. Otherwise, the form will submit regardless of what the validate function returns.
