says scripting is enabled, but javascript doesn't work for one copy of IE 6

We have some Javascript menus, and no one else that we know of using IE 6 has a problem with them, but one person called in, and they did have Active Scripting enabled (under the Security tab) per these instructions:

Is there some other setting for Javascript in IE 6?

I think they are using the intranet setting rather then the inernet.

No when you look at the security tab they have to pick the internet icon and not the local intranet icon out of the selection box....
