Why is this section called HTML & Javascript? HTML is now XHTML according to W3C? So why don't you name it (X)HTML and Javascript Most all the texts we use here at the college use XHTML and also most Reference books use XHTML/HTML mix. Just Curious.

Does it really matter?? This forum has been around a lot longer then XHTML has and I see no reason to change it. I post of four forums and everyone has HTML and they still talk about XHTML in it. Plus people who post in this forum rarely care about XHTML standards more like how to integrate it with jsp. I think there has only been 3 questions on XHTML in the past few months. My 2 Cents.... Though, XHTML questions would more correctly be posted the XML section seeing that XHTML is XML…
