Help Me Make A Website

Does anyone know any good free webhosting? and if so could they help me with a site? or show me how to make a ftp server. because i tryed this program called cute site builder and it needs a ftp server it says.

Most free hosts do not allow ftp servers to connect to it.
But what type of languages do you need to be supported? JSP,PHP,ASP,.NET,etc....

im not to much sure ive never done a website befor i made a angelfire one worked on it for weeks and i come on yesterday to fine out i saposably "violated the rules" and they dalete my site i was so pissed off. well what would coding like that be? i need help on like what centers txt and colors it is there a free program out there or cheap i could get that does that for me?

Well, that depends on where you live. It does not make sense if I suggest a webhoster from Germany and you live in Australia.
Perhaps you specify some details....

well i live in new york and id like somthing that has a high file upload maybe 10mb or somthing around that lines.

You are asking alot for free....google free webhosting....
I persoannly use Brinkster, but they do not have ftp for free account...

ill check out your host and ftp doesnt make to big a differnce as long as i can upload my mp3s or other music for my main site im fine with it.
