Dreamweaver/Flash

is anyone here good with dreamweaver or flash because i need help designing a flash webstie

sorry about the spam it said the server was full or somthing stupid like that and said try again so i hit back and i guess it made this topic 3 times just dalete the other 2

It is happening alot with the server problems.
