Flash file for advertisement purpose

I don't have much idea of making flash file for advertisement.
For the time being I need to have some sample ads which can fit in the area of advertisement of my index.jsp page, which is in top .
Does somebody knows some free source to make or get the flash file?
Tell me, if I need to make myself the ad, how to proceed and how much time on average is needed? :roll:

You are going to have to pay money for all of the flash software I know of. Flash is not an easy thing to pick up and it takes awhile to ge results.
You might want to do a search on google for flash programs.
