How can I display image over an html button?

do you mean, you wan the image to be a button?

You can always set the button's background property to an image. Just make sure you get rid of the borders so it looks pretty.

Or use the <button> tag with an image as its content. Though I've found all the browsers do some weird things with padding and margin with this construct. There's also <input type="image"/>. And there are good ol' images with on click handlers.
