BEA and Jboss Requirement:

experience in developing complex software products (database, middleware, application frameworks)
-Expert level knowledge in some of the following areas:
1.Database query processing
2.Database runtime
3.XML processing, persistence and queries
4.Query optimization
-Required Technologies: Java, RDBMS, XML, XQuery, J2EE.
-Good understanding of Object-to-Relational (O-R) mapping and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
-Good understanding of XML including XML Schema, XPath and XQuery
-Expertise in object modeling and design patterns
-Any experience with Structured Data Objects (SDO) standards would be a plus
-Ability to provide technical leadership
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and written skills
-Product company experience is a must
