netscape compatibility

I am checking an application's compatibility in netscape browser.I have a table which has many rows.The elements in some of the rows have links to other page.For this I use the tag "text-decoration:underline".This works fine in IE but in netscape these links r not showing up.can anyone help me out?

what version of Netscape are we talking about?
Have you checked out Aspose?
