I need 3 Java Developers and 1 Java Architect for a Dallas based marketing firm. Salary will go to $120k.

Java designer and programmer. Experienced in the testing and deploying of vendor products. Adept in designing and implementing custom solutions and recommending hardware solutions. A proven track record as Unix system administrator. Expertise in designing, developing and maintaining high usage web sites using Java and VB.Net.

Also required, documenting customer's requirements (i.e. Use Cases via CASE tool) and architecture, identifying technologies (e.g. JAXB) to reduce integration cost and time, working with the customer's team in a phased iterative approach, and developing the integration components. Use of lightweight RuP based methodology with elements of Agile methodologies to define, design, build, test, and deploy the integration components.

Environment: Java 1.4, Servlet 2.4, JSP 2.0, JSTL, JAXB, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SQL Server 2000, Tomcat 5.x/4.x application server, Eclipse, JUnit, and Ant.
