Unfortunately, no. When the requirements say "US Citizen", it's a requirement, given the work we do. Sorry. (If you are a Mexican who is a US citizen, then you do qualify, but as I am understanding your phrasing, I suspect that's a 'no'.)

Hi Theodore,

I am a Senior IT Recruiter for IntelPlacements. I noticed your posting and wanted to touch base with you. We are currently working with a J2EE engineer who has his sights set on working in Aberdeen, MD, particularly at the Proving Ground facility. Our candidate is a J2EE developer over 10 years of Development experience. He has an active Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph.

I would be interested in opening a line of communication with your firm. Intelplacements has often developed long-term relationships with companies based on single transaction contracts. Give me a call at your earliest convenience to discuss the possibility of our firms working together.
I am confident you will not be dissapointed in the skills and experience of our client. I look forward to hearing from you.
