Im using the following form to upload files:
<form id="form" method="POST" action="action" enctype="multipart/form-data" accept-charset="ISO-8859-1"> <input name="file" type="file"> <textarea name="text" cols="20" rows="5">Some text</textarea> </form>
and it works to upload files, but its not working on the text area. I can get the text in the text area, but its not using the ISO-8859-1, so I cannot use chars like .
if i use the following form:
<form id="form" method="POST" action="action" accept-charset="ISO-8859-1"> <input name="file" type="file"> <textarea name="text" cols="20" rows="5">Some text</textarea> </form>
I can get chars like , but i cannot upload files.
well my question is I need both, upload files and get char like , is there a way to have it working?
