Detecting particular date on the website

I have a website that has exam dates changing ever minute and every day. The website is http://csess.ecfmg.org/calendarRO.asp. I would like to create a java script that detects the particular date on the website and alarm or make beep sound. It ofcourse has to refresh the website after every say 5 minutes. I would greatly appreciate if you have any ideas.

Thanks,
Basheer

Thanks for reply. My need is little different. I need to contineously refresh web site after every 2 minutes and search through the web page for the specified word e.g "24 Mar 2005" and if match is found, it should beep. I believe my need is different than alarm clock.

Thanks,
Basheer
