Frame problem

i hava two frames in my jsp page. in my topframe i have menus option . i have submenus for that. i f i click any link of that menus. it will goes to the target page correctly which appears on another frame..it works only once. after that the submenus or not appearing. so plz help me

Eric i cleared the problem

now i m facing new problem is

my pages r designed in jsp...my menus are in topframe,submenus or appearing in second frame. when i login the homepage comes. if i go to any other page and if i press F5 or refresh the home page is loading .i want to refrech the current page .plzzz help me...
