I am developing an application that generates HTML on the fly driven by a database table. Do all text items on a HTML page need to have unique names. I am generating HTML based on field names of three or more tables. Till now, I was generating names for input text as database column names. But now, I see I have same columns names in more than one table. So by my logic more than on text fields may have same names. I guess that is not allowed by HTML?
