hai aLL,
I have a web page with many hyperlinks. I want to inform the user about these hyperlinks. For that purpose, i want to load an image-informing about this hyperlinks, as soon as this web page is opened and fade gradually(after page is completely loaded).

Is there any way to do this? Can anyone please help?

With Regards,

You can use window.setTimeout or window.setInterval to control the animation, and use CSS to modify the opacity of the image. Be aware that IE does not support the opacity CSS element and you need to use the proprietary filter element.
