HOW can I start with ajax?? What is necessary ?? What's ide, pluggins , jars,... Where can download it? Any useful web ?

If you have a browser and a text editor, you already have everything that you need. Perhaps this article will help you get started.

As Bear said you do not need anything major. The apple tutorial Bear sent you is a good starting point. I think everyone should learn what is behind Ajax and that shows you how to attaack it.

Another great resource is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AJAX and also my book! (Have to plug).

Look at http://www.ajaxian.com or http://www.ajaxdeveloper.org for news on Ajax.

If you are not the worlds greatest JavaScript programmer (aka beginner) than an Ajax framework is what you might need. And a list of Java Based ones can be found here: http://ajaxpatterns.org/Java_Ajax_Frameworks

Next version of MyEclipseIDE 4.1 supports AJAX and WEB2.0.
MyEclipseIDE is a plugin for Eclipse
