Senior Site Security Spe******t (Work Location: Cheng Du)
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate unit security performance, operating plans and audit responses; review comparative performance on key security issues and programs, and recommend corrective action programs where appropriate
Responsible for coordinating / managing security vendor contracts
Review measurements and budgets for the security staffs
Establish / maintain robust customer relationship to ensure complete understanding of customer processes to enable the delivery of viable security responses

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Interlock with delivery teams to clarify requirements
Distribute the requirements to suppliers and follow up before due dates, and communicate between suppliers and delivery teams.
Educate delivery teams on procurement process
Support procurement core supplier program
Support Global Resources strategy
Perform supplier selection and price evaluation for exception cases
Contract preparation & negotiation for exception case
Ensure right (supplier/exception/T&L) process implemented
Process optimization support
Manage supplier performance: Data capture for SLA and routine reports.
Manage procurement system: Supplier information; EDI payment; PO management; Contract management

Qualifications:

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for management staffing for delivery project engagements

Qualifications:

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Act as SEPG to customize IBM standard delivery processes; deploy the processes through training, guided perform, and on-going support; chase for continuous improvement through quantitative measurement collection & analysis, root cause analysis and OFI handling.
Conduct QA health review and process compliance review to delivery projects.
Guide and monitor project managers to conduct timely and quality SPC(Statistic Process Control) reviews.
