event generation in jsp

i have a page called index.jsp. in ths page i have three links like
ADD A NEWUSER DELETE A CURRENTUSER UPDATE A CURRENT USER. WHAT i want clicking on the given link a form will be gerated where i will enter the detail information about an user(in case of addition of an user).Similarly if i will click on the update link a dropdownbox will be generated in which contains the list of the user.I will select a particular user and selecting upon which a form containg all the field will be generated. and similarly by clicking on the delete link the same operation will be done
how can i do this ?
plz help me
