Devspace Server down ?

Is it down ? I cannot access it.

This is odd... I can access it, and have accessed it for the past week or so.

Two things: Not enough bandwidth, or DNS does not seem to be resolving right. But it is running.

I think I know what the problem was. The site was down on purpose as I was doing maintenance, new sources, etc. It should be running right now.

You're probably behind a firewall at work or school, yes? That firewall is probably blocking access to the nonstandard port 8080.
