Hi,
My Website is not properly working in MAC OS.what are the main difference of java script, supporting Mac OS and Windows.

That greatly depends upon the browser you are using. There are literally dozens of different browsers available for OS X just as there are for Windows.

Try search on Safari JavaScript, like:
