My app is on struts, I have a drop down list. On that I have a list of examiners Codes(like around 300), so when I type "jaw", it must default me to "jaw" on the list. But as of now it defaulting me to "w.." which is not desired. Can anyone please help me how to proceed. Even if I needed to code it in java script that is ok.

Thank you,
Luke.

Well you could look up a Ajax Type Ahead or auto suggest...

Or you can do a JS solution like this: http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=9865
