Hey, thanks all.
Sorry for the delay in getting on; in true author fashion, I had a login issue. Anyway, fire away, I'll be checking in several times each day and trying to answer as many questions as possible without just saying, "Hey, go buy the book!"
:-)
Thanks Brett

Hi, This aspect of JavaRanch forum makes me feel so proud of it! I am happy about the way the Authors of the book are invited and they provide the best answers which no one else could give in a better way. Hats off the JavaRanch Moderators and Admin.
As i have just heard of AJAX, unable to do any other postings as of now. But will surely get back to this forum for my queries in future ;-)
I didn't know how a Head Rush book would stack up against a Head First book, but it's just about the same, which is great. I promised one of the owners of our local technical book store a review, since I bought the very first copy they had. Obviously, it will be a two thumbs up.
