I have a requirement like avoiding user to refresh the web page.
How can i achieve this. Please log me out from this problem...

You can not stop a user from hitting theie refresh button or f5.

Hide their keyboad and mouse?
Seriously, why? If it's to avoid double-posts and the like, there are
you can follow to solve that problem that do not involve trying to hobble the user.
