my previous post was a mistake.... sorry for tat ..

now my question :

the previous question i asked was also regarding the alignment of my footer. now the problem i am facing is that ... in my code i have defined the div length as 465px and scrolling as auto. this works well in IE but when it comes to mozilla .. if the page content overflows .. the footer gets superimposed on the content and the rest of the text comes after the overlap.

what should i do about it ? please help.

Make sure you are setting a doc-type on your document.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
