window resize as per number of elements

Hi all,
i have to set the window size(actually its popup) as per number of elements in the form. The popup contains only the form.

My request is, if the number of elements are fitted in less area than default size of the window, the window size should be less i.e. the windown should be shrinked. if the elements occupy more space than default size of the window its not a problem.

Anybody has idea?

Thanks in advance
Prasad

Can I ask why would this matter. I am assuming it is a pop up window?
