Is your table width 100%, do you have margins on the body, do you have margins on the table. etc

Looks like it's reserving room for the scroll bar. Some browsers do that.

what should i do with this? this is an swt browser. I'm getting desperate! I already tried giving my table 100% width but it still doesn't work! i also tried extending the number of data cells and so the highlights are now extended to the right end but i can't think of a solution to extend it to my left, before the icon. how can i do that? thanks!!!

You may not be able to do anything. It just be the way the browser works.

Try moving the bottom edge of the window up until the vertical scroll bar appears. If your table spans 100% to the scroll bar, chances are there's nothing that can be done.

Add CSS rule:

body {
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
}
