Job Description:

* 4-7 years of experience in Java and J2EE, Struts, HTML, DHTML, XML, Java Script, CSS, JSP, Servlets, EJB.
* RDBMS - Preferably Oracle, mySQL
* Application servers - JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere (Atleast one is required)
* Frameworks � Struts, Tiles, Hibernate, Velocity, Springs (Atleast one is required)
* Knowledge in OOAD, UML and atleast some design Patterns
* Knowledge in Web Services / SOA
* OS- Windows added advantage - Linux

Desired Profile:

* Good communication skills
* Should have handled a small team
* Experience in Requirement gathering, Effort estimation, Project Planning and monitoring is preferred.
* Experience in customer Interfacing is an added advantage
