IE freezing - debug help

In some clients pc , when i am loading a second applet from the same IE browser ( 6.0) , the whole IE freezes with the applet . How can i go ahead and debug this ?
Any help is appreciated.

If I put alert('test') before calling the applet , the second applet is called succesfully .
I think IE expecting User Click .How do i solve this problem gracefully ?
