The individuals should have experience in Strong Object oriented modeling using UML methodology. Hands on ability to "dive in" to the code, understand completely, and drive a significant series of re-architecting or re-engineering applications.

10+ years of professional experience
Experience with complex enterprise level J2EE webservices applications is a must.
6+ years of recent Java development and J2EE, including Servlets, JSP,
JAVA Beans, EJB,JDBC.
4+ years experience creating web applications with WebLogic Java
application server
2+ years of database/SQL experience
2+ years of struts,JSF experience
1+ years experience hand-coding HTML and CSS years of UNIX/Linux
1+ experience years Hibernate object/relational mapping tool years ANT
1+ experience
2+ years XML experience

Wow i'm surprised about this one. Detroit is dumping jobs and Michigan has the worse unemployment rate in the country. It's a semi long contract, but to me, when I move around for a contract.. I try to move to places that have a somewhat good market.

It's good for those in Detroit, but to me, moving to Detroit or anywhere in Michigan right now, is a bad idea. A bad bad job market and no signs it'll improve much in the future means if this contract ends or this job isn't what you hoped, you'd be in a real pickle if you relocated there.
