When we use accesskey attribute we can able to use ALT+(accesskey). is there any way to define access keys for button and links should be allow us to use CTRL+ALT+(accesskey)
You are not going to be able to specify access keys like that on the HTML. You could code a key listener with JavaScript that can monitor keystrokes and fire off actions.
