hi,

i have a search page which is a jsp. after carrying out a search, when i click on the searched names(these names have links), i go to a page which shows the details. on this page i have a button which implements history.back() functionality. but when i click on this page i still get the page cannot be displayed. how can i implement some functionality where i can go to the search page with the search results still displayed using javascript.

Not sure how to get around this since it is to protect the user from having a form submit twice. Is it possible to change your form from a post to a get?

Or you could have the link have a target="_blank" and the link will open in a new window that they could close.
