Is there an object, tag, .... something that someone could insert into an HTML page and allow a user to choose a color (from a pallett)? Even if there was a way to provide 3 sliders for Red, Green, and Blue it wouldn't be too bad. Thanks.

I imagine that there might be DHTML color pickers available. I'd start with a google search.
