Since i'm using a free hosting package. I'm only allowed asp.. But everything apart form server-side in my site is dynamic.. In the sense that there are no seperate page loads.. But with asp that's not possible cause i HAVE to load a seperate asp file.. Is there a way to render the output asp file to some html element in the current document?? Like a text area or something??

Oh and what's the point of technologies like jsp and ajax if it's only for the big dudes that can afford it.. IF asp is available on free hosting why isn't jsp??? Can't at least people at sun work on something?? It simply not fair for people like us for whom a credit card is a luxury.. I'm just trying find a proper host for my site where i have a little software i wrote.. www.jleeker.simpler.at .. But anything beyond a download or anything 100% dynamic is beyond our limits.. Is it just for big dudes to have and us to see???

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say
But with asp that's not possible cause i HAVE to load a seperate asp file.

From the browser's perspective, ASP is no different than PHP, JSP, Perl, or any other server side technology.

Ajax can handle any serverside langauge.

People do it in ASP and ColdFusion all the time.

req.open("GET", "foobar.asp", true);

It will return the asp page, only return the data you want in that asp page. If you look at the JavaRanch FAQ, there are plenty of links for Java Hosting.
