JavaScript book recommendation

I'm absolutely unfamiliar with JavaScript, but I do know Java quite well. I'd like to get into JavaScript and look for a good book. I do know that Head First offers a Head First Ajax book, but I'm afraid that it focuses more on Ajax instead on JavaScript per se. Is that the case? Are there other good books for learners?
