Job Details
Provide technical support with IBM Z/OS-based products. - Provide support for Telnet emulation programs, Host ON Demand (HOD) and QWS3270 Secure. - Provide setup, customization and debugging support for the Data Center
networking products that use Secure Socket Layers (SSL). Included interfacing with the CONUS-TNOSC SSL Certificate site to acquire/update and install digital certificates - Provide problem determination support for the IBM HTTPD server and the IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS). - Assist with Virtual Telecommunications Access Method (VTAM) support. - Provide product problem determination support. Includes reporting product prob and interfacing with the IBM Product Support Centers, capturing trace data and dumps.

Desired Skills
Required Skills: IBM Z Operating System Managed Services; Managed operations/data center support; UNIX System Services environment; MS Windows; Z/OS Job Control language and the TSO/ISPF environment. Nice to Have Skills: Java, J2EE, Web Services environment.
