We are looking for an outgoing Senior Technical Support Specialist who likes working in fast paced environment. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position Responsibilities �Provide accurate technical assistance by responding to inquiries as needed as it relates to the registration software oTechnical support requests are submitted via Issue Tracking Tool (http://itt.bluedot.com/) and/or as instructed by Management �Always consults with supervisor, other systems analysts/programmers, and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, and data requirements �Design, develop, testing, and implementation of registration form(s) and reports based on client specific requirements/scope of work �Research and analyze technical/industry trends as it relates to registration, in order to enhance the on-line registration system and registration services provided �Trouble-Shooting and support of software functionality as follows: oRegistration Form Builder workflow and design oUser interface design (software application admin use) oReport configuration and data display oEnsuring all registration sites are meeting SOX�s requirements (i.e.: SSL certificates, encrypted data, secure data access by approved user�s only) �Prioritize multiple issues/tasks of varying difficulty and effectively manage the resolution and completion within the requested time-frame and accepted service levels �Develop and maintain technical documentation to be current with software updates �Create and maintain documentation training materials for Form Building and Admin Access oConduct internal training classes �Attend weekly scheduled meetings with Reg Team to discuss weekly ITT project tickets and requested enhancements �Attend weekly scheduled meetings with Engineering to review ITT tickets and enhancements scheduled for weekly build �Attend weekly scheduled meetings with Director of Registration to review upcoming projects, development schedule and timeline �Configure and maintain reports
