We are looking for Java Developers/ Software Engineers to join our team. We currently have opening in Chicago, Il that we are looking to fill.

This position is a Java developer responsible for development of e-business applications using the J2EE Platform. Multiple disciplines in web based Internet application development will be required to be successful in the position.

Candidate must have advanced level skill in:
� Performing analysis, design, development and testing of applications to solve business requirements which encompass multiple applications and system interdependencies
Candidate must have proven experience:
� Developing and deploying Java business applications
� Minimum 3 years of experience with object oriented development using Java/J2EE, XML, and SQL
� Experience developing distributed object- oriented systems
� Candidate should work well as part of a cross functional team
� Possess strong verbal & written communication skills and strong analysis skills
� Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server a plus
� Experience with a formal software engineering methodology a plus
� Possess strong knowledge of relational and object oriented systems
� Bachelor�s degree in MIS/CIS or related field required
