Work with the Gurus of open source collaboration tools! We have great customeers, we are working with Distributed develpment environments, Open Source projects (we own Sourceforge..!) and visualization architecture. We enjoy Agile development in a start-up atmosphere (free snacks, soda, ping-pong, foosball, etc.) This engineer will work closely with the internal groups, clients, partners, and other technical leads to clearly define and implement the next generation of CollabNet�s web-based software development platform. Working in our Brisbane, CA office is strongly preferred; however telecommuting may be available for the right candidate.
Design and develop web based J2EE software. Participate in Agile planning sessions to estimate work effort of features. Document features as implemented. Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in defining, designing, and implementing enterprise class integration infrastructure and solutions using web and XML technologies. 5+ years of J2EE Experience including working with EJB. Experience with JBoss and Tomcat. Experience with Javaunit, system and web application testing. Experience working within Agile software development methodologies. Experience with open source and J2EE technologies like spring, struts, hibernate, log4j, and lucene. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for working in a tightly integrated team environment.
