Hi All,

I am new to AJAX. I have a requirement, where I have a page coded in JSF. On the page I have a dropdown and a textbox. When user selects a car from the dropdown, the value for the selected car should be displayed in the text box. The dropdown and the text box value, both are populated from the DB.

What I am trying to do currently is - when user selects a car from dropdown, onChange event I am calling this function below:

Here price.jsp will return me the value from the DB after processing business logic. I want to know, how can I pass my dropdown selection to this JSP from the Javascript. I don't want to submit the form obviously.

Thanks,
Grishma

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
