I need to display the time on JSP Page
AS the time changes should change accordingly on the jsp page without refreshing the page

Then you'll need to do this with Javascript.

Once the page is rendered, it is disconnected from the server (the JSP code is finished).

The JavaScript Date object and the window.setInterval() method should get you going...
