Active content error does not allow the javascript

when i view my web page through the browser, the security in IE does not allow the java script contents unless I allowed the active content.
Can any one help me in this. I have a conveyor belt slide show and a vertical scroll text in that page.

Are you loading it from your C: drive? and not through a werver setup? If that is the case you have to enable Active Content to run.
