Table width in webpage

when I view my webpage from 17" monitor, my table width is not proper, one cell width extnds ubnormally, also my scrolling text and the basic shape is moved. How can I view my page in all type of monitor in similar way?

You might have given fixed values (in px) for table width and all.
Try giving relative values, like 100% or 66%. may be that would help solve your issue.

Thank you for the reply.
Mine is with percentage only. Is that anything to do with IE options, as I tried changing a 17" monitor to my CPU and it looks OK. But the same thing when I tried to open from another PC, one cell is dragged out, and the scroll text and the box is not at the same place, also in a table cell picture is over the text.
